RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy:

  • Yevs Boutique does not accept refunds but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can either exchange your item(s) for an item(s) of equal value or receive online store credit.
  • In order for us to exchange your item or issue you store credit, unworn item(s) must be returned within 7 business days upon receiving the item(s) in the mail. International orders are allowed 30 days.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  •  If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

Can I make a return past the 7 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 7 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay shipping charge to have the items sent back.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
  • All intimates 
  • All sale items
  • Dresses

Exchanges
Once we receive the item(s) you've returned, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets the criteria specified in the terms stated above. If applicable, we will issue you an exchange for an item(s) of equal value or provide you with store credit (store credit never expires).
