  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Return Policy:

    • Yevs Boutique does not accept refunds but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can either exchange your item(s) for an item(s) of equal value.
    • In order for us to exchange your item, unworn item(s) must be returned within 7 business days upon receiving the item(s) in the mail. International orders are allowed 30 days.
    • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
    •  If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.


      Final Sale:

      Any item that is purchased with a discount code or is already marked down will be final sale, can not be exchanged or refunded.

      If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


      Exchanges
      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    • Shipping charges are not refundable.

      Can I make a return past the 7 day period for store credit?

      Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 7 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay shipping charge to have the items sent back.

      • All sale items
      • Dresses

      Exchanges

      Once we receive the item(s) you've returned, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets the criteria specified in the terms stated above. If applicable, we will issue you an exchange for an item(s) of equal value or provide you with store credit (store credit never expires).
